Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has published notification for recruitment of male candidates at the post of Constable/Tradesmen in CISF on temporary basis. The selected candidates will be appointed in the trade of Barber, Boot Maker, Cook, Mali, Painter, Sweeper and Washer Man. All the selected candidates will get pension benefits according to the “New Restructured Defined Contributory Pension Scheme”. Eligible candidates may apply in prescribed format on or before 09-05-2016 and 16-05-2016 for North East Region residents. Other information like selection process & how to apply are given below.

The candidates who are willing to apply for CISF 137 constable tradesmen vacancy or CSIF Recruitment 2016 for constable can fill the application form or CSIF Constable Recruitment 2016 Application Form, which is given in the official notification. Candidates are required to fill in the details carefully and send the form along with all the documents and certificates which are required.

Age Limit: 18 to 23 years (with age relaxation)
Qualification and experience: Candidate must be matric passed.
- Height: 170cm
- CHEST : minimum 80 cm with minimum expansion of 5cm
Relaxation is applicable for ST/other area candidates.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Eligibility Test, Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Trade Test, Merit List & Medical Examination.
Eligibility Test: Candidate’s age, educational qualification, height , chest etc will be verified.
Physical Efficiency Test: it includes race of 6minutes and 30 seconds. It also includes physical measurement and document verification. Ex Serviceman are exempted
Trade test: Those candidates who be qualify Eligibility test and PET will be called for Trade Test. It includes activities relative to particular trade.
Merit list : Merit list will be prepared according to category and posts.
Medical Examination: At this step candidate will be medically examined.
Application fee: Candidates will have pay Rs. 50/- which is to be sent in the form of postal order which is to be drawn in favour of Assistant Commandant/ DDO, CISF relevant zones and payable at the post offices GPO Patna/ Mumbai/ New Delhi/ Chennai/ Kolkata. SC/ ST and Ex Serviceman candidates are exempted from paying fee.
How to apply: Eligible candidates can send their application forms in prescribed format with recent passport size photograph affixed on the application and 01 similar photograph affixed on the admit card along with self attested copies of educational qualification certificates, date of birth certificate, caste certificate, 02 self addressed envelopes (8 x 19 cms Size) duly affixing postal stamps for Rs. 22/-, 01 should be super scribed with “Application for the Post of Const/ Barber or Const/ Boot Maker or Const/ Cook or Const/ Mali or Const/ Painter or Const/ Sweeper or Const/ Washer Man in CISF – 2016″ to the DIG/ CISF, Various zones on or before 09-05-2016 and 16-05-2016 for North East Region residents.

The Central Industrial Security Force (C.I.S.F) is a Central Armed Police Force in India.It comes under federal Ministry of Home Affairs. Its headquarters are located at New Delhi. It was set up under an Act of the Parliament of India on 10 March 1969 with a strength of 2,800.
CISF was subsequently made an armed force of the Union of India by another Act of Parliament passed on 15 June 1983. Its current strength is 165,000. The strength will be raised to 200,000 over the next 2–3 years.
